How it works
Tadalafil helps relax blood vessels and improve blood flow to the penis. It only works with sexual stimulation and does not increase sexual desire.

Tadalafil must not be taken with nitrates, as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. The official patient leaflet also warns against taking tadalafil with nitrates.
